Authorization to Obtain Credit Information

By submitting your information through RefiAmigo and proceeding with a refinance request, you authorize RefiAmigo and its participating lenders and service providers to:

• Obtain consumer credit reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies

• Review your credit profile for the purpose of evaluating auto refinance options

• Verify information related to your application, including identity, employment, income, and vehicle details

This authorization applies only to the purpose of reviewing potential refinance options and related services.

Soft and Hard Credit Inquiries

Depending on the lender, stage of review, and your authorization:

• An initial review may involve a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score

• Moving forward with a lender may require a hard credit inquiry, which can affect your credit score

You understand and agree that credit inquiry types vary by lender and that RefiAmigo does not control lender credit policies.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a credit authorization does not guarantee:

• Loan approval

• Specific interest rates

• Loan terms or savings

All lending decisions are made solely by the participating lender.

Use and Sharing of Information

Your credit information may be shared with:

• Participating lenders

• Credit bureaus

• Third-party service providers assisting with application processing

Information is shared only as necessary to evaluate your refinance request and in accordance with applicable laws.

Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information you provide to RefiAmigo is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service.

Electronic Signature & Consent

By submitting information electronically and checking any required authorization boxes, you agree that:

• Your electronic submission constitutes a valid signature

• You consent to the use of electronic records and disclosures

• This authorization is legally binding as if signed in writing

Duration of Authorization

This authorization remains valid for a reasonable period of time necessary to complete the review of your refinance request, unless revoked in writing.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting RefiAmigo. Revocation may limit our ability to assist with your request.
